After trimming them to your size don't throw away the left over that have magnets on them. Many people cut bigger scraps from their insoles and put them in their jean pockets to alleviate discomfort in the hips or legs. Also if you get a burn you can put insole on burn, comforts wonderfully. Also can wear them overnight against your feet inside a pair of socks. It helps with restless leg syndrome or any lack of circulation. (it's only a little bit of like having the sleep system) but still helps. For headaches or neck discomfort you can put them inside your pillow case. I actually put one insole on my forehead while lying down, had a headache I rarely get.
